Tin Star Donut & BBQ Cafe Kansas City Style Tin Star Cafe takes great pride in serving great Colorado BBQ. They use thir own special rub & slowly smoke their meats over mesquite wood for up to 12 hours, or until they are rich and tenderly falling apart. No Preservatives or MSG are added. Tin Star serves only two things: barbecue and doughnuts.
